Responsibilities and Experience:

Bryan Phillips, Facility Operations & Maintenance Manager, comes to BRI with over 30 years of experience in the maintenance field and 4 years working at BRI as the Building Automation Specialist. Bryan is responsible for monitoring critical plant systems, scheduling of daily job duties for maintenance personnel, and coordinating outside contract labor when necessary. Bryan has been instrumental in rewriting control systems to activate the facility for science and developed and implemented the computerized work order system.
